Mr. Ranieri joined NorthMarq Capital in September 2003 when NorthMarq acquired the mortgage banking division of Legg Mason Real Estate Services (LMRES) where he was employed since 1988. He currently serves as Senior Vice President and Managing Director in NorthMarq’s Greater Westchester NY/CT regional office. Mr. Ranieri is responsible for Freddie Mac production for 17 regional offices as well as capital market investor processing and closing. In addition, he assists in the development of new clients and financing opportunities for all NorthMarq’s investors. Mr. Ranieri has over 20 years experience in commercial real estate. He holds an Undergraduate Degree in Political Science from Fordham University and a Master’s Degree in Finance from Pace University, and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the States of New York and Connecticut. Additionally, he has served on Freddie Mac Production, Servicing, and Technology Advisory Councils. |
