Experience: Bobby brings over 13 years of experience in purchasing, logistics and process management. He has a proven track record for researching and negotiating the purchase of a wide variety of materials required for operation. Logistics experience includes both inbound and outbound shipments via parcel, truckload, LTL, overseas containers and rail. The passion for finding creative solutions to enhance work flows makes him able to see process changes that reduce cost, increase productivity, improve employee work environment or create greater flexibility to serve the customer. For nearly three years Bobby served in Distribution Center Operations where he enhanced the operational functions specializing in inventory integrity, service levels to the customer, and insuring LEAN principles were applied at each facility using the standard operating procedures.
