Robert Pecoraro’s experience as a multi-faceted manager has earned him a reputation for outstanding operational and customer service. As part of the West Coast team, Pecoraro assists CulinArt managers and associates in meeting the company’s Commitment to Excellence customer service standards. He oversees the training and development of all new West Coast food service directors, monitors the company’s ServSafe Certification program and coordinates the training of new regional food service directors and safety coordinators. His Quality Assurance responsibilities include overseeing CulinArt’s West Coast Quality Circle program, and completing comprehensive unit QA audits. He also assists the accounting department with West Coast field communications. His strong computer skills, along with knowledge in corporate accounting and HR systems, make him ideally suited for this position. |
