Bob is responsible for business development. Prior to joining RecycleBank, Bob Milligan was an executive at BFI. Bob started his first waste company in 1970, growing it into the largest single subscription hauler in Eastern Pennsylvania. In 1984, after 14 years of successfully growing his company, Bob merged his Company with BFI.At BFI, Bob held a number of management roles including, District Manager, Manager of first Medical Waste Division and in 1989, when Governor Casey signed Recycling Act 101 into law, Bob became responsible for educating, converting and servicing tens of thousands of residential and commercial customers to "Recycling". In 1994, Bob developed and operated an 11 acre yard waste composting site in Central Bucks County, diverting from the landfills 17,000 tons of yard waste per year.
