Robert McNabb is Executive Vice President, Korn/Ferry International and Chief Executive Officer, for Futurestep, Korn/Ferry's mid-level recruitment subsidiary. He oversees the strategic direction and operations in both regions, working closely with Gary D. Burnison, Chief Executive Officer, to integrate Korn/Ferry's executive search and middle-management services. Mr. McNabb is an internationally recognized leader in the human capital space. Prior to joining Futurestep, he was the President and CEO of Corestaff and a Senior Executive Officer of Kelly Services. He has served on the boards of HotJobs.com and Corporate Services Group PLC, a London Stock Exchange company. Mr. McNabb holds a BA degree from West Virginia University and has completed post-graduate studies at the Wharton School, Executive Management Program. |
