Mr. Keller is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group of Carr & Ferrell. Mr. Keller specializes in corporate work on behalf of both public and private companies, as well as venture capital firms and other financial institutions. Prior to joining Carr & Ferrell, Mr. Keller worked as a business and real estate litigation associate at a California law firm. While in law school, Mr. Keller interned with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and clerked for the Hon. Andrew Sonner (Ret.). He was also an Articles Editor on the Hastings Business Law Journal. Prior to earning his MBA and law degree, Mr. Keller worked as a financial advisor in Philadelphia, PA. |
