Robert Kamerschen is the Non-Executive Chairman of Survey Sampling International LLC since June 2005. He is also the retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ADVO Inc. a leading full-service targeted direct mail marketing services company. He was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DIMAC Corporation a direct marketing services company from October 1999 until January 2002 when that company was sold. DIMAC Corporation filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under the U.S. bankruptcy laws in April 2000 and successfully emerged from bankruptcy in February 2001. In July 1999 he retired as Chairman of ADVO Inc. a position he held since 1989 and has served as Senior Consultant to ADVO Inc. since July 1999. Prior to January 1999 in addition to serving as Chairman of ADVO Inc. Kamerschen had also been Chief Executive Officer since 1988. Kamerschen has also served in key senior leadership roles in a number of prominent sales and marketing driven businesses involving significant turnaround and/or transformation initiatives. Kamerschen currently serves on the Boards of IMS Health Incorporated Linens ‘N Things Inc. MDC Partners Corporation Radio Shack Corporation and Vertrue Incorporated. |
