Robert Jones oversees Rave's marketing programs, including corporate communications, acquisition and retention marketing. Robert's career includes a variety of marketing and product management experience. Most recently, he led the design and development of the AIM Phoneline extension of the popular AOL Instant Messenger (AIM) product, providing millions of consumers the opportunity to get a free phone line and voicemail integrated with their instant messaging account. Previously, Robert was the first director of marketing for e-Learning platform provider Blackboard, where he oversaw the company's marketing effort to drive institutional customer count from 20 to 2,000. Robert also served as vice president of product marketing for the campus commerce division following Blackboard's acquisition of the business from AT&T. Robert has also held marketing positions for Pure Software (acquired by Rational/IBM) and Ketchum Public Relations. |
