Mr. Henry s track record in the energy and banking industries demonstrates an ability to look beyond obstacles, delivering optimal solutions and positive results. He brings to Sterling Planet extensive experience in trading controls, credit and accounting in the energy industry, combined with management and training abilities honed in the banking industry. Before joining Sterling Planet in 2007, Mr. Henry was trading controls analyst for Mirant Americas Energy Marketing, LP in Atlanta. There, he analyzed the daily exposure and impact on positions, market value, and profit and loss for commodity trading (power, natural gas, crude) and asset hedging portfolios. His responsibilities also included coordinating closely with the trading, accounting and confirmations groups to ensure accurate and timely profit-and-loss calculation and necessary deal amendments. Earlier, as an energy accountant for Mirant, Mr. Henry s tasks focused on reconciling gas sales and purchase entries, as well as booking revenue for both third-party and intercompany sales. In the financial industry, Mr. Henry was bank officer and branch manager for SunTrust Bank, also in Atlanta. His responsibilities covered the full range of requirements for managing a bank branch. |
