Rob has more than 12 years of experience providing professional services to public and private companies in the manufacturing and technology industry.
Professional Experience
Prior to joining Huron Rob was a senior manager in the assurance and business advisory practices of Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen.
Rob has extensive experience advising executive management boards of directors and general counsel of companies regarding a wide range of accounting issues. He has experience in many industries including high technology manufacturing and services. He has worked with many small- to mid-size companies as well as multi-national enterprises.
Representative examples of Rob's engagement experience include:
Special Investigations
Engaged by counsel to review the propriety of the restatement of revenue for a large entertainment and media company. The restatement involved complex revenue recognition issues in the internet and advertising industries.
Engaged by counsel on behalf of the audit committee of a large multi national telecommunications equipment manufacturer to conduct an independent investigation of the restatement of the company's financial statements.
