Rob Ford serves as COO of Merriman Curhan Ford bringing 18 years of executive general management and operations experience. His hands-on leadership in building and turning around companies spans a range of industry sectors including energy education recruiting telecommunications and most recently brokerage and investment banking. Prior to helping establish Merriman Curhan Ford Ford helped found and was president and COO JobDirect which was acquired by Korn Ferry International. Prior to that he was general manager of a manufacturing and distribution company where he spearheaded the turnaround of sales and operations then crafted and executed a successful merger transaction with a previous competitor to the company.
Ford holds a B.A. with high distinction from Dartmouth College and a earned his masters in international business and law from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University where he was editor-in-chief of the international law and business journal. He is based in our San Francisco office.
