Mr. Finnell serves as Calypso’s General Counsel handling all legal affairs for the company. He was formerly Vice President, General Counsel, and Assistant Secretary of PeopleSoft, Inc. As PeopleSoft's first chief legal officer, over a six-year period he created and managed the complete legal support infrastructure as total revenue grew from $40M to $1.5B and total company personnel increased from 250 to over 7,000. Prior to PeopleSoft, Mr. Finnell held national and international counsel roles with Ingres Corporation and The Wollongong Group, both software concerns. Mr. Finnell holds a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan. |
