Robert Countryman, Executive Vice President for Business Development and Client Service, has over 16 years of commercial banking experience. Prior to joining Capital Pacific, he was Senior Vice President and Team Leader of KeyBank’s Corporate Banking Group in Portland. Robert joined KeyBank in 1998 and was part of the Oregon District Management Team. In 11 years with Bank of America/NationsBank, he held various positions in Commercial Banking and Commercial Finance in Dallas Texas, Seattle and Portland. Robert is active in our community and has held various volunteer leadership positions including Past President and current Board Member, Portland Children’s Museum; Past Board President, current Nominating Chair and Executive Committee Member of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF); member of the Columbia-Willamette’ YMCA Board of Trustees and 2005 YMCA Strong Communities Campaign Fund Raising Chair. In 2003, Robert was received a Portland Business Journal Top Forty Under 40 award and was honored as Parent of the Year by JDRF. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Finance & Law from Portland State University, and graduated with High Honors. |
