Bob Call is responsible for overseeing strategic initiatives, contract negotiations and management, and customer relations. As a member of Mr. Ferrando’s senior staff, Call’s role includes collaborating with the management team to develop the company’s business plan for growing the business and creating inroads for long term business partnerships which focus on the company’s core capabilities. Additionally, Mr. Call’s responsibilities include managing and negotiating all Federal contracts, including the Army Knowledge Online (AKO) contract, which is the Army’s first Intranet portal, Web-enabled knowledge management application supporting 1.8M users with a total price of $209M. He also oversees the proposal submittal and negotiation and management of all AKO/DKO follow-on contracts. Mr. Call also heads up the proposal development group as well as the company’s CMMI certification team. Mr. Call has a combined 15 years of senior management operations experience working for Lockheed Martin, General Dynamics, GTE and Iridium. During his tenure with these companies he provided goal-oriented business strategies, operations management, and program and contracts expertise with vision and creativity in both high-profile commercial and government environments. He has consistently demonstrated success in defining domestic and international corporate strategic objectives, achieving broad-based consensus for action, and positioning new technologies and services that exceeded performance and profit expectations. Mr. Call has an MBA in Economics from Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA and a BBA in Business Management from the University of San Diego in San Diego, CA. |
