Robert Bernstein. Mr. Bernstein joined the Company in December, 2002, as Controller. He has served as the Company's Senior Vice President and Controller from April, 2003 to April, 2006 and its Executive Vice President and Controller since April, 2006. From January, 2001, to February, 2002, he served as Chief Financial Officer of GreenPoint Mortgage. Mr. Bernstein worked in various positions at GreenPoint Mortgage and GreenPoint Bank for 15 years. |
