Robert is Head of the Office of the CEO. He is responsible for John McFarlane’s office and oversight of Group Centre initiatives and issues. This includes ANZ Board meetings, Management Board meetings, senior management forums and review processes across the Group. Robert joined ANZ in January 2000 and has held a number of leadership roles, including Head of ANZ Margin Lending & E*Trade. Prior to this, he was responsible for product and marketing teams in Personal Banking and oversaw the launch of a number of new products. Before joining ANZ, Robert worked with listed pharmaceuticals company CSL in sales, product management and marketing roles. He holds a Bachelor of Business from Swinburne University in Melbourne and is currently on the academic committee for the International Banking Summer School. |
