Mr. Forman represents public and private corporations, including portfolio companies of private equity funds, in a wide variety of matters, including SEC compliance, general corporate advice, mergers and acquisitions, and litigated matters. Mr. Forman also represents Audit and Special Committees of Boards of Directors of public corporations, counsels senior executives regarding severance disputes and employment arrangements and engages in corporate and commercial litigation. In addition, Mr. Forman counsels hedge funds and other activist investors in proxy and other control contests.
