Rob Wrubel joined Aptimus in June 2005 and became CEO of the company in August 2006. Mr. Wrubel previously served as CEO of Ask Jeeves, where he fueled the company's growth as a leading provider of Web interaction solutions for businesses. During his tenure, Mr. Wrubel helped Ask Jeeves rise to a top 20 Web site and drove Ask Jeeves' Business Solutions client roster from a client roster of three to more than 70 clients including companies such as Microsoft, Dell, Nike, Chrysler and Ford. After Ask Jeeves, Mr. Wrubel co-founded the company Whole Body/Yoga Works, a national family of Yoga and alternative health and fitness centers. He currently serves as Chairman there and is actively involved in guiding its financing and expansion. Prior to Ask Jeeves, Mr. Wrubel was the COO of Knowledge Adventure, the country's largest educational software publisher. Mr. Wrubel received a bachelor's degree from Yale University. |
