Robert W. Skelton was appointed Senior Vice President General Counsel & Secretary of McCormick & Company Incorporated in November 2002. Mr. Skelton joined McCormick & Company in 1976 as Assistant Counsel became Associate Counsel in 1979 and was named Assistant Secretary in 1981. He was appointed Assistant Secretary & Associate General Counsel in 1984 and was promoted to Vice President & General Counsel in 1996. He was named Vice President General Counsel & Secretary the following year. He is an Emeritus Member of McCormick’s Multiple Management Board. Born in Schenectady New York Mr. Skelton received an A.B. degree from Bates College in 1970 and graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1974. He is a member of the Maryland Bar Association the District of Columbia Bar and the American Bar Association. |
