Dr. Shaw provides significant expertise to the H2Gen team, having helped to nuture many other start-up companies in the hydrogen and distributed power arena. Dr. Shaw is President of Aretê Corporation, the Manager of the Micro-Generation Technology Fund, LLC, a venture capital fund investing in small-scale energy systems, including fuel cells, micro-turbines, and energy storage. He currently serves as Chairman and a Director of Evergreen Solar, Inc., Proton Energy Systems, Inc., Northern Power Systems, Inc., and CellTech Power, Inc., and as a Director of H2Gen Innovations, Inc. He received a Ph.D. in Applied Physics from Stanford University, an MPA from American University, and MS and BEP degrees from Cornell University. |
