Mr. Myers is a partner in the firm’s Columbus office. He focuses his practice on representing both state-funded and self-insured employers before the Industrial Commission of Ohio and various Ohio courts on issues involving allowance and compensability of workers’ compensation claims. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Myers was a partner for 10 years at Thompson Hine LLP and an Assistant Attorney General for four years prior to that, representing the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation and Industrial Commission in litigation before the Ohio Courts. Prior to that position, he was an Assistant Franklin County Public Defender. Mr. Myers earned his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and law degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. |
