Mr. Beard has been Senior Vice President, Marketing & Sales and Investor Relations Officer of the Company since December 2006. He was also the Vice President, Corporate Development and Investor Relations Officer from July 2005 to December 2006. Prior to joing the Company, he was Group Director, Client Development and Sales Support at Cendian Corporation, a chemical logistics subsidiary of Eastman Chemical Company. Mr. Beard has 30 years of marketing and sales, operational and financial experience in the transportation and logistics industry including Eastman Chemical Company, Ryder Systems, Inc., Comdata Corporation, American Express/First Data Resources, Truckstops of America, and Mid Continent Systems. |
