Mr. Searcy comes with a 17-year background in executive management where he served as CFO of Idaho Pacific Holdings, Inc., one of the largest dehydrated potato food processors in North America. While serving with the Idaho Pacific executive management team, he was able to help take the company from insolvency to high profitability, acquisition of three additional companies, several multi-million dollar debt refinancings, and profitably sold the company once to a private equity investment group and six years later to a NASDAQ publicly-traded company. The first sale resulted in a 7 times return on investment and the second generated a 4.5 times return. He holds a B.S. degree in Accounting and Business from Brigham Young University.
