Robert V. Madden is President and Chief Operating Officer of CBS Television Distribution. In that capacity, in addition to overseeing the daily administration of corporate activities for the CBS Television Distribution, the finance and accounting, development and production, legal, communications and consumer products divisions report directly to Madden. Before the September 2006 merger of King World and CBS Paramount Domestic Television into CTD, Madden had been chief operating officer of CBS Enterprises since January 2004. In that position, he was responsible for the daily oversight of King World Productions, which distributes first-run syndicated hits The Oprah Winfrey Show, Dr. Phil, Wheel of Fortune, Jeopardy!, Inside Edition and off-network powerhouses, including the CSI franchise and Everybody Loves Raymond. Madden also oversaw CBS Consumer Products, which manages the worldwide licensing, merchandising and video activity of CBS Enterprises and King World Productions. |
