Robert T. Wrigley is the President and CEO of Trefoil Properties and of the management firm for the investment fund, Spectrum Alliance, LP. Prior to his founding of Trefoil in 1990, Bob was the President and CEO of the real estate subsidiary of one of the nation’s largest privately owned conglomerates. In that role, he founded and nurtured the growth of the real estate portfolio to an asset size of more than $700 million, exhibiting an excellent rate of return throughout his tenure. In his 36 years in the real estate industry, Bob has represented private and institutional investors from the United States, Western Europe and Japan. He has planned and developed more than seven million square feet of office, retail, residential, and life-care projects. Bob is responsible for the strategic management of the companies and the negotiating and structuring of critical transactions.
