Mr. Holcombe joined Apria in May 1996 to lead the legal department and assume responsibility for providing the company with legal services in the areas of healthcare and regulatory law, litigation, and corporate, commercial and securities law. He is also responsible for directing the activities of the company’s compliance program. He was promoted to senior vice president in 1997 and executive vice president in 2002. With over 30 years of experience, Bob began his career practicing with a large New York law firm and subsequently served as the general counsel of two other New York Stock Exchange-listed companies, a defense contractor in Washington D.C. and a healthcare company in New Jersey. He is a graduate of Princeton University and received his Masters of Business Administration and Juris Doctor degrees from Columbia University. |
