Robert S. Zuckerman is Vice President General Counsel and Secretary of Horizon Lines. Mr. Zuckerman serves as Chief Legal Officer of the company responsible for legal regulatory and corporate affairs. He began with Sea-Land Service Inc. in 1976 and subsequently served as counsel for CSX Lines where he was promoted to general counsel in August of 2000. Prior to his employment with CSX Lines Mr. Zuckerman served as Assistant Chief of the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division where he worked on the President’s Deregulation Task Force. He is a former Chairman of the Transportation and Industry Regulation Committees of the Antitrust Section of the American Bar Association. Mr. Zuckerman is a graduate of Brandeis University and received his law degree from Brooklyn Law School. |
