Bob Warren counsels public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions (including public offerings, PIPEs, and venture capital investments) as well as strategic relationships. He regularly advises entrepreneurs and venture capitalists on a wide range of issues in support of their companies' growth, from compensation strategies to liquidity transactions.
Bob brings a unique perspective to his clients having worked for a public accounting firm and as a controller for a software localization company prior to law school. Bob's clients also represent a variety of industries, including life sciences, homeland defense, e-commerce, and network infrastructure.
