Robert Rennard became a Director of Pacer International in September 2002. Currently an independent consultant to enterprises engaged in worldwide logistics or automotive-related activities. Mr. Rennard served from 1996 to 1999 as a senior vice president with The Compass Group a provider of consulting and executive search services located in Birmingham Michigan. He retired from Ford Motor Company in 1996 as director for Worldwide Logistics and Distribution. From 1962 to 1996 Mr. Rennard held a number of key positions for the automotive company. These include Chief Operating Officer for Autolatina a joint venture between Ford and Volkswagen covering all automotive and credit company activities in Brazil and Argentina as well as automotive exports from those countries. He is a director of the privately held automotive logistics company TDS Logistics Inc. |
