Mr. Palmer is the Managing Director of Orchard First Source Capital, Inc.’s (OFS) Portfolio Management and Loan Recovery Group, and he also is a member of OFS’s Credit and Investment Committees. Prior to Joining OFS in September 2000, Mr. Palmer spent eleven years at First Maryland Bancorp (now M&T Bank), where he was a Vice President, and five years at NationsBank (now Bank of America), where he served as Senior Vice President/Senior Credit Policy Officer. Mr. Palmer holds a B.A. degree from Washington & Lee University and an M.A. from The John Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies. |
