In his 32 years of practicing law, Bob Klein has accumulated a wealth of experience in litigation, business and real estate. His current practice focuses primarily on representing business owners and real estate developers, lenders and contractors. Mr. Klein also assists clients with planning their long-term business strategies, negotiating business transactions, structuring and documenting corporations and other business formats, drafting and reviewing contracts and financing, and the purchase and sale of assets, services and businesses.
Bob has extensive experience in business and intellectual property, including negotiating and documenting spin-offs, licensing and manufacturing agreements, international sales, start-up software firms, non-compete agreements, acquisitions, mergers, shareholders' agreements, marketing agreements, formation of LLCs, and stock option agreements.
From my perspective, listening is the key to providing superior client service. In order to serve our clients to the best of my ability, I need to really understand their goals and concerns. One of the most important things for clients to know is that we feel passionately about their enterprises, and we have the expertise to back up that passion. |
