Robert R. Buck was re-appointed as a director of Kendle in June 2003. Mr. Buck previously served as a director of the company from 1998 through August 2002. He currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Beacon Roofing Supply, Inc. Prior to joining Beacon, Mr. Buck served in a number of management and senior management positions with Cintas Corporation from 1982 through January 2003, most recently as President of its Uniform Rental Division. |
