Mr. Bonczek assumed his role of Chief Financial Officer in September 1999. Prior to his full-time appointment at Trimeris, Mr. Bonczek spent two years as a legal and business consultant to the Trimeris executive team. His professional background includes 24 years at E.I. DuPont de Nemours & Co., where he served in various executive positions including Chief Counsel and Corporate Director of Safety, Health, and Environmental Affairs. Mr. Bonczek holds a BA in chemistry and a JD from the University of North Carolina, as well as an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania. |
