Robert Holland concentrates his area of practice in real estate and bankruptcy. Mr. Holland is general counsel to a regional concrete pipe manufacturer and has represented the company with acquisitions of manufacturing plants throughout Tennessee and Kentucky. He serves as real estate counsel for the local development and housing agency. He has been lead real estate counsel in a $50,000,000 equity raise for a medical office building developer. He has provided counsel to both landlords and tenants in leasing negotiations. Mr. Holland represents a hotel developer in development activities in the Northeast and Southeast and has advised investors and developers in warehousing and multifamily housing projects. He has also represented Chapter 11 debtors in the successful reorganization of apartment complexes, nursing homes, hotels and manufacturing facilities.
