Mr. Tichio is a Vice President of Riverstone. He is based in New York.
Prior to joining Riverstone in 2006, Mr. Tichio was an Associate in the Prinicipal Investment Area (PIA) of Goldman Sachs which manages the firm's private corporate equity investments. Previously, Mr. Tichio was an Associate at The Cypress Group, the New York-based leveraged buyout fund. While at Cypress, Mr. Tichio researched, analyzed and monitored a number of investments in the building products, packaging and retail spaces, and participated in a number of capital market transactions involving the fund's portfolio companies. Mr. Tichio began his career at JP Morgan in the Mergers & Acquisition group where he concentrated on industrials with assignments including public company combinations, asset sales, takeover defenses and leveraged buyouts.
Mr. Tichio received his A.B. from Dartmouth College and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. |
