Robert M. Jason Bob Jason joined the Firm as a partner in 2007, and is the head of the Firm s tax practice. Bob received his A.B. from Harvard College in 1978 and his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1981, where he was an editor of the Harvard Law Review. Bob s practice encompasses a broad spectrum of tax matters, including mergers, acquisitions and venture capital investing; international tax matters; executive compensation; tax controversies, state and local tax matters, and restructuring. He is also an internationally recognized expert in taxation of the entertainment industry, in connection with which he represents numerous actors, directors, producers, and writers, including many of the world s most prominent celebrities. Bob has lectured at numerous conferences and seminars, including the University of Southern California Law School's Institute of Federal Taxation, The California CPA Education Foundation's Annual Conference, and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants' Annual Conference, and is the author of many exciting articles on tax matters |
