Mr. Evans is a Member in the firm's Workers' Compensation Practice concentrating in Missouri worker's compensation and real estate, trusts and probate matters.
Professional Activities:
Mr. Evans has concentrated in Missouri Workers' Compensation for more than 30 years. In addition, he has more than 20 years of experience handling estate planning, trusts and probate matters.
Mr. Evans is a co-founder and associate member of the Missouri Self-Insurers Association (MSIA), an associate member of the National Council of Self-Insurers, and a member of the International Association of Industrial Accident Boards and Commissions (IAIABC) and its Medical Committee. He also is a member of the American Bar Association, Torts and Insurance Practice Section; the Missouri Bar Association, Workers’ Compensation Committee; and the Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers. Mr. Evans also is a speaker and chapter author for the Missouri Bar Association on employee law.
