He became a director in June 1995, and has been a senior partner of the law firm of Bracewell & Giuliani, LLP, in Houston, Texas since 1992. From 1985 to 1992, he served as the Comptroller of the Currency of the United States. Mr. Clarke also serves as a director of Eagle Materials, Inc. and Stewart Information Services Corporation, both of which are publicly-held companies. Mr. Clarke is the Chairman of the Audit Committee of First Investors. |
