Bob Striker practices in the fields of real estate development and finance, and in the area of energy trading and brokerage. He has broad experience in the field of real estate, having participated in projects including development of single-family homes, construction of hotel and gaming facilities on Indian reservations, and creation of a joint venture incorporating more than 200 parcels of property located in five states. Bob regularly represents both lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured loan transactions.
In addition, Bob has brought this finance experience to a variety of energy matters, including negotiating electricity, fuel, and derivatives transactions and related financial instruments. He has worked with clients in the structuring of power brokerage ventures and in establishing corporate risk management practices for power trading activities. He is a MSBA Board Certified Real Property Specialist.
