Bob Siegel is president of Robert L. Siegel & Associates, Inc., a consulting firm serving builders, developers, and governments in the US and Canada since 1972. Robert L. Siegel & Associates has served as consultant in every state in the US and most of the provinces of Canada. The firm provides market analysis and counsel in product planning, land planning, and marketing strategy. The firm has developed techniques for metropolitan analysis that have become standard for many of the country’s major home builders. Its reports have been accepted by lenders as support for mortgage financing. Robert L. Siegel & Associates is consultant to many of the nation’s largest public home builders, including Centex, Ryan, and Pulte and to many large privately-held companies. Bob has addressed home builders across the country, including at the annual conventions of the National Association of Home Builders, at the Pacific Coast Builders Conference, the Urban Land Institute, and at state and local home builder associations. He holds degrees in Finance from Columbia University, New York and English literature from Queens College, New York. In addition he has studied population at Tulane University and urban change at the New School for Social Research, in New York. |
