Robert (Bob) McBride serves as Vice President for Customer Operations. His responsibilities include project management, business analysis, customer service, documentation and training. He is also supervising the development of ACA MASTRR Solutions re-engineered application. Mr. McBride has a history of building, leading and motivating diverse teams towards product delivery and customer satisfaction. His ability to communicate across all levels and disciplines within an organization have led to the identification and implementation of innovative technical solutions, delivered in an effective and efficient manner. Mr. McBride has over 20 years of experience in information technology and project management in diverse environments, including health care services, property management and insurance. Mr. McBride holds a B.A. degree in History from East Stroudsburg University. |
