Mr. Lee has over 35 years experience in top level corporate management, finance and business development. He has worked in 13 countries and has been a registered consultant for the World Bank and the other Regional Development Banks. His experience extends to the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC), the International Finance Corporation (IFC)and the African Growth Fund. Mr. Lee served as a Consultant and Director of Empyrean for a year before he became President and CEO, in February 1. 2002.
Since he became President and CEO the company has moved through a number of different tyes of businesses ranging from the leasing of band width for the communications sector to technical products. After a detailed evaluation, the switch to the real estate business was undertaken in April 2005 when Empyrean acquired Tradewinds Internatuonal Corp., a Nevada corporation, through a stock swap.
To reflect the company's new business as a national real estate holding company the name change to Empyrean Holdings, Inc. proposed by Mr. Lee was made following the Special shareholders meeeting held on Jan. 5, 2005. A wholly owned subsidiary, Empyrean Properties, Inc., a Texas corporation, was formed in June 2005 and Mr. Lee continues to accord top priority to the raising of funds to move the company forward. |
