Robert L. Blair was promoted to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of ESS Technology in September 1999. Previously Mr. Blair was ESS Technology Executive Vice- President and a member of the Office of the President from February 1998 through September 1999 and Vice-President Operations from December 1994 through February 1998. Immediately before joining ESS Technology he was Senior Vice-President Sales and Operations of Logistix Corporation a software turnkey company. Before joining Logistix he was President of XEMAG a division of Xidex Corporation. Mr. Blair previously held senior management positions in engineering sales and marketing at Precision Monoliths Inc. a manufacturer of analog integrated circuits. |
