Robert L. Barnett is a retired Executive Vice President of Motorola Corporation.
He previously served as President Commercial Governmental and Industrial Solutions Sector and President Land Mobile Products Sector Motorola Corporation.
Mr. Barnett is a director of Johnson Controls Inc. and Central Vermont Public Service Corporation and is a member of the Advisory Council of the Robert R. McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Science at Northwestern University and of the Illinois University Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Industrial Advisory Board. He also is affiliated with the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. Mr. Barnett has been a director of the Corporation since May 1990 and is a member of the Board's Corporate Affairs and Governance Committees and chairs its Audit Committee. |
