Dr. Passikoff has 30 years of agency and client experience in all phases of strategic brand planning for a wide variety of product and service categories. He has pioneered work in the area of customer loyalty, creating the Brand Keys Customer Loyalty Index®, the Brandweek Loyalty Leaders' List, and the Sports Fan Loyalty Index®.
His company has developed research and brand planning programs for such diverse clients as Citibank, Burger King, First USA, Toyota, Canon, American Express, AVIS, The NFL, The NBA, American General, Sears, US News & World Report, Apple, Symantec, KeySpan Energy, GlaxoSmithKline, Flint Ink, and the Chrysler Corporation.
Dr. Passikoff has served as VP, Director of Research for Citibank, EVP, Director of Consumer Perspectives at William Esty Advertising, and SVP, Planning Director for Cato Johnson/Y&R, where he created their worldwide "Action Marketing" paradigm.
His academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Communications Psychology from Oxford University and a Ph.D. in Psychology from New York University. A Senior Member of the American Marketing Association, Dr. Passikoff is also an editorial board member of the Journal of Psychology and Marketing and a contributing editor for Brandweek and Media Daily News. He is a guest commentator for CNN's The Biz and Infinity Broadcasting's The Advertising Show and is currently an Adjunct Associate Professor at New York University. |
