Jason Herndon concentrates his practice primarily on construction law. His practice includes advising owners, contractors and design professionals on contract disputes, delay and workmanship claims and design issues. Mr. Herndon's practice also includes bankruptcy, reorganization and creditors' rights issues.
Before joining Parker Poe, Mr. Herndon clerked for the Honorable Lacy H. Thornburg, United States District Court Judge for the Western District of North Carolina. He is admitted to practice in the state courts of North Carolina, the federal district courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of North Carolina, and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
