Bob is a senior managing director at Eureka. Over the past 15 years, he has completed approximately 50 financial transactions, including restructuring, merger and acquisition, valuation, privatization, debt financing and equity placement assignments. Previously, Bob was a Senior Managing Director in Bear Stearns†Technology Group, co-heading their software practice and administrating the San Francisco office. Prior to his tenure at Bear Stearns, he ran the Mexico City office and also worked in New York for CS First Boston. Bob started his investment banking career at Drexel Burnham Lambert in Corporate Finance followed by a position in Kidder Peabody†s Health Care group. He worked in industry for Dow Chemical before attending graduate school. Bob received his M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He also holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University. Bob is a Registered Securities Representative (Series 7 and 63) through the NASD. |
