Mr. Sweeney has over 20 years experience in financial and tax matters, specializing in the technology sector. He was a partner with Ernst & Young, LLP where he served various technology clients and held different leadership positions within the firm. Mr. Sweeney also was the Chief Financial Officer for FlashFoto, Inc., Big Bear Networks, Net VMG, and Network Alchemy (acquired by Nokia in 2000).
