Mr. Loew has broad experience in all aspects of government, labor and land use. He was a Deputy with the Los Angeles City Attorneys Office prior to becoming the Greeley Colorado City Attorney. He then served many years as the Adams County Attorney in Colorado. Mr. Loew has extensive trial experience and has argued cases before the California and the Colorado Supreme Courts. Mr. Loew has extensive experience in negotiating with all levels of government including City, County, State and Federal Agencies. He has been involved in large variety of administrative matters including licensing, land use approvals, aviation, transportation and personnel matters. He has extensive familiarity with economic development and business incentives. In the past, Mr. Loew has written numerous articles and made presentations to Colorado County Attorneys Association, National Institute of Municipal Law Officers, International Personnel Managers Association, Colorado Freight Advisory Counsel and other organizations throughout the State and Nation. Mr. Loew has been a guest speaker or panelist member on transportation issues for Leeds Business School, DU School of Business, DU School of Intermodal Studies, and Colorado Motor Carriers. He is the past Chair of Adams County Economic Development Council and continues to serve on its Board of Directors. He has been, or is presently on, numerous Boards including Aurora Economic Development Council, the I-70 Regional Economic Advancement Partnership, the Ports- to- Plains Trade Corridor, the Governor's Freight Advisory Task Force and the Denver Regional Council of Governments Freight Advisory Task Force. |
