Robert J. Liubicic is an associate in Milbank's Litigation Department.
Mr. Liubicic's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and domestic and international arbitration, with an emphasis on securities and corporate governance/M&A matters. He has extensive experience representing a broad range of financial institutions including investment banks, mutual funds, hedge funds and broker-dealers, as well as corporations in industries including energy, chemicals, telecommunications, insurance, retailing and pharmaceuticals.
Mr. Liubicic graduated from Cornell University in 1993. In 1998, he received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a James Kent Scholar. Mr. Liubicic served as a law clerk to the Hon. Wilfred Feinberg and the Hon. Robert A. Katzmann of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Prior to joining Milbank, Mr. Liubicic was an associate at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen and Katz. |
